Health Care Providers
The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services recommends a quick and easy way to help your patients quit: Ask, Advise, Refer (2A’s+R). Simply ask your patients if they smoke, advise them to quit, and refer them via a referral slip to New Jersey’s free Quit Services - NJ QuitNet or NJ Quitline.
Program Overview
NJDHSS is calling on physicians to help patients who smoke to quit through an effective 30-second intervention: 2 A's + R.
